The two day Life and Health Insurance Exam Review Seminar covers state laws, rules, regulations, types of policies, policy riders, provisions, options, exclusions, completing the application, underwriting, delivering the policy, taxes, retirement, types of policies, policy provisions, clauses, and riders, social insurance, other insurance concepts and field underwriting procedures. During the seminar the student will receive a comprehensive Life Insurance Exam Study Manual with practice questions and a comprehensive Health Insurance Exam Study Manual with practice questions.)

The Life Insurance Exam requires the student to pass two tests: Life General Knowledge Content (50 scoreable questions plus 10 pretest questions) and Life Iowa Specific Content (27 scoreable questions plus 5 pretest questions.)

The Accident & Health or Sickness Insurance Exam requires the student to pass two tests: the Accident & Health General Knowledge Content (50 scoreable questions plus 10 pretest questions) and the Accident & Health or Sickness Iowa Specific Content (30 scoreable questions plus 5 pretest questions) with a two-hour time limit.
