Phone Pearson VUE (877) 540-5825 using Mastercard or Visa to register and schedule for the appropriate Iowa exam or register online at Pearson VUE. You may schedule to take the exam in Coralville, Davenport, Sioux City, West Des Moines or Omaha.
To Apply for a State of Iowa Insurance License:

After passing the exam, the Uniform Application for an Individual Insurance Producer License may be filed online at the National Insurance Producer Registry.
